I had the pleasure to meet Mr Lee Perlman at his office a few days ago. First of all, the office is beautiful and very well thought out with closed private rooms. I was greeted courteously and was offered coffee/drink right away as I was being seated. A few minutes later, the attorney came in and introduced himself. Me Lee was very honest and straight to the point from the very beginning, no judgment, no assumptions no guesses. He made sure I was understanding the written materials and services - debt management versus bankruptcy - provided to me. He was very patient answering all my questions/concerns and very professional the entire time. He offered to also explain everything efficiently to my spouse at a 2nd appointment so there will be no unanswered questions as we go through the process. Though his service fee is a bit pricier than others attorneys, I would definitely recommend his practice to friends and family who could potentially be needing his services in the future. As a mortgage banker. Sometimes with my clients who are credit challenged, the best relief, to reach their goals, is a bankruptcy.
