As a therapist, I believe in the power of change. In order to foster the process of change, the client must develop a trusting, therapeutic relationship with their provider. I use a multitude of techniques and treatment modalities from an array of theories to help guide you through the therapeutic process. These modalities include, but are not limited to Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Narrative therapy, Structural family therapy, Multi-generational family therapy, Psychoanalytic family therapy, and Strategic family therapy.
