Dr. Craig and his staff are great at taking care of our dental needs. We have been very happy with the way we are treated every time we go in. They are very flexible with our schedules. Every step of what they do is explained before and during the procedure. A great team from receptionist to hygienists to assistants to Dr.Craig. It's nice to find such good people who we trust with our health. Highly recommend them to everyone.
I recently needed three crowns and some other dental work taken care of. This was my first meeting with Dr craig. I am very pleased to say that things could not have gone better. Dr Craig takes time to listen to what you have to say. He then takes time to thoroughly investigate and address any issues that you might have. He goes the extra mile in making sure the experience is pain free and stress free. The technique he uses in administering novocaine is totally painless. There is no question that he takes pride in his work. That's a big deal in my book. He is detail-oriented and makes sure everything is to his satisfaction, and to your satisfaction before he lets you go home. He has an easy going personality. I felt very comfortable with him the whole time. He uses the latest in technology to ensure that you are getting the best treatment possible. His staff is friendly, professional and competent. I am very pleased with the work that he has completed on my teeth. I highly recommend him. Best dentist I've ever been to! He was recommended by our orthodontist and I am so grateful we found him! I have had to have some extensive dental work and he has done an amazing job! Dr. Dutro is friendly and respectable and his hygienists have been quick and thorough. There is always someone ready when I show up for my appointment and I've never had to wait around in the lobby. I don't care for country music but that's not a valid complaint for a doctor's office, lol.
Stopped by with very little money and was stressed about financial stuff. I told them I would like the cheapest possible cleaning and they did it without numbing stuff. The lady who cleaned my teeth was very good at both cleaning my teeth and doing it as gently as possible. I won't say that it was painless, but she was understanding and moved onto less sensitive areas to give me little breaks. Very friendly and incredibly professional. 10/10, would fight gingivitis again.
It's amazing what changes when your jaw is completely aligned. Before I had a class 3 under bite and I would constantly bite my tongue or the inside of my mouth. Now I can bite into a sandwich or an apple with ease. Dutro Dental did a remarkable job. Below are my before and after pictures. I can't thank them enough for the changes they have made in my life.
Doctor dutro is amazing and a stand up guy. He take his time and makes sure the job is done right. He takes great pride in his work and it clearly shows!
Refused to bill secondary insurance, did not notify me that they did not accept insurance prior to or at the visit. Billing manager refused to return call as did the Dentist. Hygenist was so slow I had to come back for a second office visit. I mailed a check with a letter requesting a return statement showing zero balance and they also did not comply with my request nor mailed me a receipt.
