I have NEVER witness the inability to use common since executed at a higher level. At the very least they need to charge the supervisor and the officer that assaulted the father of a family that was simply trying to travel. The decisions making skills lack that distributed from a small child and it’s down right scary that they are given permission to control people rights..
Patrol vehicle 716 speeding without lights or sirens in a 45 doing 50+ when I called to find out the reason for the excessive speed a dispatcher told me it was because there were calls for domestic abuse inferring that the officer was en route to active call but changed the story when I said I saw her heading back to the district 7 station she then said “she’s heading back to file a report and do paperwork” dispatcher never asked if I’d like to file complaint or have a superior look into it but if I did that speed I would have been pulled over but I guess laws only apply to civilians.
