This practice was established in 2004 by Dr. Brian Carnavil, who was joined by Dr. William McMicken in 2007. The practice is a patient-pay "concierge" practice that does not participate with third party payors. Each physician limits his practice to no more than 300 patients, and is able to give more time and attention to each patient, eliminate long waiting times, provide same day or next day appointments as well as house calls.
