New Orleans Food and Spirits

I visited with my family based off a recommendation from a friend and we were not disappointed. The voodoo egg rolls were on just about every table in the restaurant. The egg rolls did not disappoint us. The were delicious and we ate them in minutes. All the food there was so appealing and fresh. We have grilled catfish, fried catfish, fried shrimp and more. The gumbo was tasty and I enjoyed the crawfish stew. We met the owner and he was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back again.

I've been to this New Orleans Food & Spirit plenty of times in the past, and they have yet to disappoint every time I come back! The service is super friendly and patient. The atmosphere is always casual and comfortable. Everything was clean. When I came back today, I ordered the Stuffed Grilled Catfish $16.00 for lunch version and the person I went with ordered the Grilled Catfish Lafayette $18.00. Both of us also ordered a side of potato salad $2.00 per side = $4.00 for 2. The dishes tasted fresh and the portions were so big. The pastas were so creamy! For the quality and quantity of the food, I'd say the prices were reasonable. Like I said in the beginning, this place has yet to disappoint me. This isn't my first time dining in here, and it certainly isn't my last!

Had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. Nice clean, and calm atmosphere considering they had a few groups waiting. Food was perfect and well worth the wait! Although when we got seated our service was fast and didn't have to wait at all. We'll definitely be back. Redfish Pontchartrain and my husband got Stuffed Grilled Catfish with Lafayette shrimp sauce!

We were just passing through on our way to fishing when this place was recommend to us. The locals always know where to go. The atmosphere and staff were very friendly and we even chatted with the manager on the way out as we waddled out the door. I'm Louisiana local but my friends are from out of state and were completely blown away by the food. Everything we had was really good and we didn't leave anything on our plates. My Yankee friend asked me how I lived in Louisiana and not weighted 600 pounds. Three thumbs up

Went on 8/10/23. Went with my sister, our cousin and her teenage granddaughter. Food was great. Service a lil lacking from the waitress. She seem bothered that we asked for things she should of offered like tartar sauce and fresh coffee. Would definitely visit again when we return to our hometown.Food: 5/5

Y-U-M-M-Y!!!!!!! This restaurant came highly recommended and after eating here I can see why. This particular location resides in a shopping center so plenty of parking available. Table, booth, and bar seating options. There was a bit of a wait and the hostesses working seemed stressed, but it was well worth the wait. Voodoo rolls are a must. Everything we ordered arrived hot, fresh, and in a timely manner. Everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

Such a nice place! They stay busy because it's worth a wait! Wonderful staff and the food is fabulous. The lunch salads are beyond good! Huge portions too.Food: 5/5

We had a hair in our first order of voodoo egg rolls. They quickly brought out a new order. The rest of pur meal was amazing as was the service.Food: 4/5

We had to wait about 45 min.... but worth the wait. Swamp pasta, burger, onion rings, blackened shrimp Ceasars salad, and Crawfish rolls.... very worth the wait! Swamp pasta was creamy , saucy and rich. Burger was juicy and fresh... the salad shrimp was blackened perfectly w/ flavors! Onions rings had a nice crunchy batter... better than a lot of BLOOMING ONIONS restaurant. Crawfish rolls was delightful and creamy <has melted cheese>. We enjoyed everything!
