Today was a very positive experience for me. I was transitioning from a stylist I had for 30 years to someone new: Michelle! It was a great choice. I appreciated her professional approach to studying my hair needs, the professional cut/blowout, and the recommendations for my hair-needs at home. She is top-notch and I look forward to seeing her again in one month!

This was my 1st ever professional massage. I suffer from agoraphobia, anxiety and I was very nervous but everyone was so understanding and caring about that. Sheila was wonderful and made me feel at ease right away. Her demeanor is gentle and kind and IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! What an all around lovely space and staff! The experience I've had at the Plymouth salon has been fantastic.  I'm very happy with the haircuts I've received from Amy Jo.  I'm giving 4 stars because the female scheduler is rude to me and not helpful.  She doesn't seem to want to give any recommendations for other services and I can't figure out why she is so difficult about it. The customer service factor with the scheduler just isn't there.  She just seems crabby and short and it makes me really uncomfortable.  Because of this issue, I have walked away not making an appointment at all multiple times.  I've never felt so not welcomed by a scheduler at a salon before.

Caitlin was my hairstylist and she was amazing! Listened to my concerns and adjusted as we went along. She had a wonderful energy and was so fun! Service was great as I was a walk in, and they were wonderfully pleasant the whole way through the process. I also loved how encouraging they were of each other.Service:&nbsp;Haircut
