Agency History:
New Richmond Insurance Agency opened its doors in 1987 with new owners Bruce Bottolfson and Derril Yerigan. The company was small, as Bruce and Derril strove to treat their customers with excellent customer service and honest advice. With these ideals in mind, the company has grown significantly over the last 25 years. By 1998 they added staff and had outgrown their office space. They started making plans for a larger office and opened the doors at 1225 N Knowles Ave in May 1999.
What We Do:
Our Agency offers policies with a wide variety of options for our customers with more than 20 companies. We currently staff seven full-time employees. To serve our customers, our Agency utilizes the most up to date technology, which allows us to work efficiently and not lose sight of the need for contact with our customers.
The majority of the Agency's business is providing insurance protection to individuals and families. We also offer a wide range of business insurance products including retail, wholesale, service, construction, daycare, and farm sectors. The trucking industry is an area of specialty offering insurance protection for commercial auto, general liability and accident coverage.
