Great prices and the rodents haven't been an issue. Plenty of room in a midsized storage unit. The deer heads are now neatly hung in the new house. The rest will follow when the storage shed arrives. Two weeks.

Hank was great to work with. Got me into a unit same-day. Very good about answering his phone and responding to voicemails. Had my unit for a little over a year and I never had any problems with anything getting wet or anything or any varmints getting into my things, but I did place poison down as a precaution. Hank also told me ahead of time to put down pallets or cardboard as sometimes the cement gets moisture since there’s no climate control — although I never had any issues. His prices are by far reasonable and I liked having the auto-pay so I didn’t have to worry about paying in time. Had a tough financial situation one month and with just a quick call to Hank he worked with me and had no problem waiting until the following Friday when I got paid again to run my payment which saved me from an overdraft fee. Definitely will call him again for any future storage needs and highly recommend him! Thanks, Hank!

Had good service at first. Hank was friendly and was able to accommodate me when I needed a storage unit. Paid over the phone and was able to get into the unit on my own time. Now unhappy because I've been charged for a month of rent, when I've already vacated and left the unit a month prior. Have called and talked to Hank/Stephanie for 3 weeks now on this issue and took a long time to resolve.

We rented for over a year here, and i was happy with tbe customer service the entire time. Hank was helpful from the start getting us a unit on short notice and helping us transfer to a smaller unit when we needed to! I would definitely recommend!

Hank was great to deal with. Unit was clean and well kept. I store my boat there over the winter and have never had any evidence of mice, which is extremely important.

Great units! Easy to rent from! *Just note: place something down on the cement flooring like a pallet-I was not told this and unfortunately my belongings grew mold on them, since my items were in there for a whole year with the season changes. Very nice owners!
