Healthy food alternatives here which is awesome but the food like other reviewers have stated is very bland.

This place has the most delicious food that NEVER makes me feel guilty for eating it - the penne w/ garlic and oil is so so delicious and their breakfast options are really tasty too!

If you want unseasoned food look no further! I am a firm believer that healthy food can taste good, and this place clearly doesn’t think so. Everything was overcooked and unseasoned. Seasoning doesn’t have many calories if at all! You can go easy on sodium and still be able to season food! Just because you’re healthy doesn’t mean you have to bland :

This place is by far the best health food restaurant. And if you are looking for a meal prep menu. Look no further.  I looooooooooove Rocbody Fitness Cafe. I give it 10

As a repeat customer everytime i go pick up my order, the young girl in the front never greets me. She barely picks her head out of her phone and when she does she just stares at me waiting for me to speak. She will hand me the food without saying "Thank you" or anything. Its annoying. Customer service is important when you are the initial person people see when they enter a buisness. A simple "Hi" and "Thank you" goes a long way.

I called in an order for pick up and everything was correct so that’s always a plus. I got the eggplant & pasta, my sister got the bison sliders, and I customized a protein shake . The food was good and very clean/healthy. They were able to accommodate my vegan diet and my sister, who is definitely NOT vegan.The staff was young and friendly. If you don’t want super processed, overly seasoned, and greasy food then I totally recommend!

Wish it was better. I just ordered the Bison with the Brown rice. The meat was overcooked, hard and it was greasy. Hate to give a bad review cause I love supporting Anything happened to do with fitness.  On the plus side good portions

I like their protein drinks. Very friendly people except this one Mexican cashier. She always have her head down, she doesn’t speak or smile or anything. She always makes my shakes wrong.  I went in there and she was doing something on the register and I’m standing there and she totally ignores me.  They should fire her and get someone more experienced and friendlier

If you want truly healthy takeout, with a transparent menu and no worries about hidden ingredients, this is a great place. My guy got the buffalo chicken wrap, I got the chicken/broccoli entree. Both delicious, with calorie counts included on menu and clear ingredients for tracking if you’re doing that sort of thing. Promptly delivered too. Will try it again to check out more menu items.

I would have given five stars but the girl working there told me how unorganized the protein was. She just had boxes of the protein with no labels so she couldn’t tell me what was inside. Which left me to believe she did not know what she was putting in everyones shakes. Grass fed, protein amount ? Who knew haha. Anyway the food is excellent and affordable ! Maybe get your protein shakes elsewhere.
