New Shoe Store Plus

Today was my first time in this store. The worker that was there was very nice. She worked with me to get the shoe that would work with my insole in my shoe. I was looking at clearance shoes but none were in my size. She gave a discount at check out to help me out. I appreciate the time she took to help me today. It is very much appreciated.

Good quality boots , after getting ripped off at Greenfield carrhart in eynon when my $230 pair boots irish setter elk trackers fell apart in 2 months an wouldn't honor the warranty, I came to New shoe store and bought same pair of irish setters and before purchasing I asked if they would honor warranty if they fell apart like my last pair, they said of course just keep receipt. The boots from this store held up for over a year witch is great for what I do for living, so I will be coming back.

This store surprised me!! This is definitely the place for work boots. You don't have to shop around to find what you're looking for. This place has many, in stock, work boots to accommodate anyone! And I received service with a smile. I highly recommend!

Always reasonable prices and great service. Been shopping with them for years for work boots among other footwear occasionally. Well run, local businesses like this one are the backbone for small town consumers.

We took the kids to this store in clarks summit for shoes.. it was absolutely awful! The workers were angry that we asked them for different sizes and then told the kids the shoes didn't fit right. They fit their feet but the worker kept saying "I measured their feet and that isn't their size". Then they got upset when they had to look in the back for the shoes.. the entire time we were there the workers were rude to us and were angry about having to do their job. We will never come here again.

Excellent selection of shoes and boots. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The young gal who helped me out was very knowledgeable and took her time to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Great experience!

Small but cute store.. prices run around that of Footlockers, only in a much smaller store. They have everything from high end flip flops, mocassins, boots, sneakers, kids shoes and all the odd and ends like socks, insoles, cleaners etc.

Very impressed with the selection of high quality boots by all of the big guys. Danner, Georgia, Caroline, Ariat, Irish Setter too name a few. Prices are reasonable for the product and quality. Will order styles they do not have in-house.

Great place to buy boots. Just bought a new pair of Chippewa and am very satisfied with the purchase. Staff are super friendly, and takes their time to make sure you have the right boot. Highly recommended.
