New Start Moving

My gun was stolen by one of the movers. As a concealed to carry holder who remembers exactly where my gun was and know the man who packed up the room was the last place it was seen, it’s gone. Same individual who showed up smelling like weed to do a job. Would not recommend, be careful. I’ve used this company multiple times and until this last time had good experiences, they are not careful who they hire.

We used this company for a residential move twice in one month. Both crews were absolutely fantastic. All of the employees were fast and efficient. They were respectful and polite during our interactions and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We’re going to use them for any future moves. Top notch service. Fair pricing. Highly recommend!

First of all I would like to say that the actual movers called me the morning of the move and kept me updated on their arrival time. They were extremely helpful. It was super cold and rain/ice was likely for the day but they still did my move. The guys were very nice and professional. I had a lot of loose items in my storage unit and they were able to move those as well. I would recommend and use their services in the future!

Just no! For starters we only needed them to move things from the storage room in the back to inside the house. I understand it is really hot weather and we supplied them with Gatorade but their attitude was just rude over all. I don't think you need to jump for joy but the attitude given when having to give direction on which box goes where was just unnecessary. Several times we had to ask them to be careful to not scratch their dolly against the wood flooring. That along with knocking over my plants and then not fixing them was rather annoying. Defiantly wouldn't hire for the big move we're about to do.

I am a former employee I did enjoy working for this company he does the best he can to get your furniture moved as fast and safely as he can. The movers work very hard both in the heat to the cold and even the pouring rain! If you need a safe moved this is definitely the guy for safes piano's and large items. The owner is a good guy definitely worth the money!

I just recently used them and they were amazing! The team of 4 guys who came in were great! Great attitudes, hard workers, and honestly just a pleasure to be around! I would gladly recommend then to anyone!

The first time we used these guys they were awesome. That was for an unloading job only. The second time we used them it was terrible! The 'foreman' couldn't even be friendly. He glared at us and had an attitude the entire time they were there. We had a 26' truck, 2 bedrooms and the rest of a 1200 square foot place. They loaded the truck entirely incorrectly and we had to leave a ton of stuff behind that wouldn't fit into the truck due to the way they loaded it. For a move of 400 miles, this was not acceptable. Not to mention that they worked for 3 hours, 3 guys, and STILL didn't finish the job. One of them was too busy talking to his probation officer to work. We planned on leaving in the afternoon and due to their incompetent skills, we ending up leaving town at 9:45pm and driving all night after having to load ourselves. We quite literally had 125 boxes, a refrigerator, a washer and dryer, a sofa, an entertainment center, a desk, a stereo, a coke machine, a swing set, tool box, 2 rocking chairs, a tiny dining table with 4 chairs, and 2 bedroom sets....one of which was just a crib and a dresser. We've done this before and an experienced crew can load a 4 bedroom home with all the appliances into the same size truck. Our movers on the other end were appalled. I have literally recommended this moving company for years to anyone moving but highly recommend at this point NOT to use them for ANYTHING. Terrible experience.

Called this company last minute for unloading help at our new home. They were very flexible with our schedule and super hard workers! They unloaded our huge trailer in less than 1.5 hours in the August heat. Glen the owner was super responsive and pricing was very affordable. Would highly recommend this crew and business! You won’t regret it!
