A great shop for durable clothing for work or hard play. The supply of winter seasonal goods boots is small but some of good quality...and warm!
The owner gave us great service, helping us to choose the best option. When we unfortunately had to return an item that didn't work for us, he happily and pleasantly gave us a refund. We'll be back!!
Love this store and its history. From the '30s and family owned. Excellent service. Bought winter boots and western boots at a far less price than competitors. Am small so fit into kids' footwear. $50 for western boots, and non-jusgemental and super service. Please support local!! Across the street is probably the best shoe store and cobbler I've come across.
One of my favorite Brandon stores. Amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Great customer service and selection. I was looking for Baffin winter work boots all over the city and found out that New System has a huge selection. I had to exchange my first pair because they were tight on the toes and the staff had no issues doing that for me. Overall good store
Bought my winter boots, staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
Nice clothes. I love buying the plain/different coloured 4XL T-shirts for $12.95 and its not a bad deal. Good quality jeans and they always have my size, 46x32.
Good place to buy good quality workwear. Lots of selection most of the time. Prices might be slightly higher than other places. PR isn't bad but could use a little polish. Always willing to help and are mostly knowledgeable about the products they sell
Fantastic service! Don't be fooled by the small size of this store, that have a ton of stuff packed into a small space. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. Finally a clothing store for the working person. If you work in the trades, oil and gas, construction, mining, farming, manual labor, or the like, you have to check this place out. Forget Mark's, this is the real deal. New System Store has you covered.
Found exactly what I wanted, very very quickly. Staff was quick, friendly, and relatively knowledgeable about stock levels and product applicability. I thought the prices were a touch on the high side and selection was a bit low, but I understand that you get what you pay for, and being new to the industrial scene that has been a lesson hard learned. A fifth star would go the store if there was more information online, or if the hours were a bit more accommodating. I'm out of the house from 545am - 7pm, leaving no time for store visits to a small shop like this. And until late I've just given into the large chains for their hours. But I just can't handle their entire lack of useful staff or their almost completely trash-level quality of their "industry-grade" clothing. I will just have to make places like this a priority on days off or shorter shifts. TLDR; Tight Floor Plan with great staff, seemingly fair pricing, and limited selection. Definitely worth a visit.
