There was an initial mistake, but was rectified immediately with a follow up appointment and a call. The administration are always and are always happy to assist and listen where they can this is my return 6 month appointment now, I have telehealth consult from NSW and there is no issues and they're happy to assist and help when they can. I'll see you again in another 6 months. Thanks again, Nick

I only wanted to ask a question so I stood in line in front of reception. I was the only one in line and stood there for 5-10 minutes while there were 2 receptionists on. One was typing on her computer the whole time not once looking up and the other was on a phone call. After she hung up, she too went to typing on her computer. Not one "ill be right with you" or an apology for ignoring me or any acknowledgement of me standing there. Got visibly fed up and walked away. You have terrible receptionists. Not once have I been greeted with words or even a smile when entering the clinic either.

Called up regarding my anxiety and depression, dr asked one question and he didn't like the first response he didn't get to know me, my reasons how much I'm struggling he just immediately shut me down became extremely rude, asked no more questions and just told me to get a refund and left. No professionalism and definitely not ever worth using again

The doctor was really good and listen very well and understood what my medical needs were and was easy to talk too and very supportive and the service from the other stuff was brilliant I would recommend them to anyone who needed help I really do care

Excellent service from the phone appointment with a specialist doctor  to prescribed exactly what I needed, after all these years a solution for my benefit  cheers to those specialist thankyou so much

Never had an issue with this team. Extremely helpful and polite. Appointments are confirmed prior, and prompt. Well informed conversations, and take the time to fill your needs. I guess it's impossible to please everyone. Be your own judge and jury, make your own decision. Stand alone in your choices. No harm done.

I had been recommended by a friend who had been having good results with this company. His results do not compare to mine. Many hours on the phone, no call back, no contactable email nor text line to drop a message.  I had my scripts sent to my local pharmacy as to support my local and my scripts were never sent there not do I have any chance of reimbursement for my initial consult let alone the fuel to get there to the appointment which was a one on one appointment at a clinic not on the phone whilst waiting in your clinic  This place is backwards as. You're paying for a consult with a gp which has no time period, get your blood tests, ultra sounds for your pains, ecg scan, blood pressure. Skin and sinuses checked with your prescription cause these guys are and in and out job never to see you again without a paid consultation.

Just want to let anyone know that is thinking of coming here in the near future, New Wave Medical has completely changed in the last 1-2 months and I say this as I have been coming here for over 15months. The new doctors they have there if you can even call them that.. are so inconsiderate/rude and seem to speak more about them self's in MY appointment to get more scripts, which!!! ended up with me being told and I quote, sorry about the money you have spent on the consultation fee but I will not be writing you your new scripts today and if you don't like it you can go somewhere else.. This is how I am being treated after coming here for the last 15months, I did not get my normal scriptswhich I always get no dramas I had payed for and just pushed to the side being told to go somewhere else if I am not happy.. just shocking honestly, oh yes and this was my first appointment with doctor Irum Khan because they do like to change doctors every month. The staff and reception there are quite nice and good people but not once in my life have I ever been treated like this by any doctor..

Really great process getting my script renewed! Very friendly helpful staff
