I ordered contacts from this place. After getting my contacts I realized it was the wrong prescription. I called them and asked them what prescription they had for my eyes, and they read back the correct prescription! So obviously someone screwed up while ordering my contacts, and I understand that mistakes happen, but the reason for my 1 star review is how horrible their customer service is! I was given attitude, there was no apology, and I had to basically beg them to order the correct contacts for me without me turning in the wrong box first because I was leaving to go out of town for the week. 1 and 1/2 weeks go by... still no contacts. I call them and ask if they came in, they reply “oh yes they’ve been here!”. No one called me to let me know they were in! Still no apology once I picked them up and turned in the wrong box. Front desk staff is very rude and has poor phone manners. Will never go here again!
I made an appointment for 2 weeks ago, sat there for about an hour past my appointment time & when i went up again and asked how much longer it would be. They said about another hour and a half more. I couldn't wait for that so i just made another appointment and the same thing happened again! I wasted 2 and a half hours sitting in their office before i walked out. I will not be going there any more!!
The front desk staff is very rude and they sit their and talk about their patients. They are very unprofessional . I was on time they took someone before me and didn’t proceed to let me know I was going to have to wait a little longer then my appointment time. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The staff needs to be re-educated on professionalism.
Wife had appt. today she got there and they told her they changed her appt from today to yesterday. No message on either phone. Funny thing is they told her the Dr is only there on Tuesday. Yesterday was Monday
Dr matta diagnosed me for double cataracts surgery $5k not covered by insurance, riddled with anxiety and it being questionable I went for a 2nd opinion today and was determined I have no cataracts and a stigma and ordered prescription readers, zero star review
3 weeks later and still no glasses cant see at night, i got tired amd went somewhere else.
