This hotel is clean and accommodating. The room has a comfortable bed and a good shower.   The hot breakfast buffet was okay. For the price I would've liked to see more options,such as waffles or pancakes. The service was good though. I'll be back.Hotel highlightsGreat value

Nice stay very close to the airport. The fitness room was decent. I was hoping there was a Peloton. The breakfast is a little lacking for the price. You can’t even have an espresso drink with the price of the warm buffet. It would cost the company pennies to add that and make customers even more satisfied.Rooms: 5/5

Place seems nice from the outside and the lobby. However, staff is creepy and the beds are disgusting. Five minutes after checking in and going to my room, staff attempted to barge in to “check the fire alarms”. Without knocking, three men attempted to open the doors, but luckily we had dead bolted it upon entry. Attached is a picture shown of a comforter in the right lighting to show that every inch of each comforter that I checked was covered in dirt and seemingly mold spores. If you want to stay here due to convenience, go ahead, but I would recommend bringing an air mattress and your own sheets and blankets. Absolutely disgusting to charge hundreds of dollars a night to sleep in this filth. Do better, Marriott.

I was fooled by the hotel amenities. Selected hotels with breakfast included, this hotel showed up. They listed breakfast available, and they have restaurant. However, afterbeing scammed, I see that a few paragraphs later, they have listed that the breakfast will cost $20/person. Very disappointed with their online listing. None of the high end hotels show up in the search if you filter "breakfast included hotels only". All high end hotels have on site restaurant/s.  This was a pure scam. When asked, the receptionist said I did not pay enough to have breakfast included- that was very disrespectful. I paid $330 for one night. Be aware!  We were thinking of buying breakfast at $20/person. But their breakfast options were below average, since we do not eat pork items. Lower end hotels have significantly better breakfast options.  Again my negative review is all about the breakfast. We always choose breakfast included best rated hotels.  Rooms: Average rooms. No lockable bathroom doors.

Had an early flight and was excited to get here and rest. Paid $350 to listen to loud music right outside my window all night. Staff didn’t care. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for relaxation and quiet.Rooms: 1/5

The location of the hotel is five star because it is so close to the airport. When my mom and I arrived at the hotel, they gave us a room that we did not book. I booked two queen size beds with wheelchair accessible a week in advance. They gave us a one queen size bed wheelchair accessible. The staff was attentive and quickly resolved this issue. It was just annoyed because we were both exhausted and was anxious to get to the room. The restaurant setup was weird. The seating of the restaurant was in the lobby of the hotel. The food was excellent. I had buffalo wings, onion soup and po boy  shrimp sandwich. My mom had vegetable soup and basmati rice. We both enjoyed our meals. The buffalo chicken wings were perfectly made crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The servers were pleasant and attentive. My only criticism was if you're serving a beverage and food please bring napkins and straws. Also at dinner I requested a diet Pepsi and it was served in a very small glass I had to ask for four refills. Breakfast was ok. I loved their bacon it was very crispy but the eggs appear watery. For  lunch I received a large glass of soda which was shocking because I was thinking why wasn't I offered this before.  The menu was the same for both lunch and dinner. No breakfast options like an omelette.I couldn't imagine staying here multiple nights with the same menu. To make the hotel a little more interesting they should offer cocktail night. Overall the hotel experience was good but don't expect a five star experience. By the way I was told to come down to the front desk to pick up a travel toothbrush. They were unable to deliver this to my room. The housekeeping staff and servers spoke very little English which was frustrating when you needed something.

The woman at the front desk was EXCEPTIONALLY rude and basically refused to answer a simple question - how long before my flight should I leave via shuttle? I kid you not! Titanium elite member here and have NEVER received worst customer service at a Marriott.Service: 1/5

It doesn't deserve to be Marriott chains, the bed sheets full of bugs and the bath tub got no hot water and not draining, very humble breakfast, no money value, one night 350 USD. The only good thing is the shuttle driver. Want do it againRooms: 1/5

Very efficient and reliable hotel that is across from LaGuardia Airport. Lounge is very nice and drinks and food are spot on. Staff is great, shuttle is very timely and comfortable. Noise from highway and airport can be heard, nevertheless, rooms are cozy and clean. This is a great stay over if you are looking to stay close to LaGuardia. Definitely recommend.

Staff is super friendly. Great location to la guardia with a shuttle. Decent gym.attached restaurant has pretty good food and breakfast til 11. Will come back.Rooms: 4/5
