Brad A. Schlossberg is the head of the Education Law practice at Berger, Fischooff & Shumer LLP. Mr. Schlossberg has been admitted to practice in New York for over 19 years. His passion lies in his educational law practice in which he represents students from preschool through graduate school. Whether a case involves obtaining services for special needs children at CPSE's and CSE's, pursuing due process complaints and appeals, making sure universities and graduate schools are providing reasonable accommodations under the ADA and ADEA, pursuing grade appeals, or bringing civil rights claims for failure to protect children under the Dignity for All Students Act (New York's anti-bullying statute), each client will be treated in a professional and courteous manner and will benefit from his years of experience.
