Newbies Fitness is a unique exercise, health and behavior change facility for all fitness levels, with special support for the new or returning exerciser, including low- to moderate-risk patients that have been prescribed exercise, healthy eating and/or weight loss by their physician. Our services are designed to help you be successful in reaching your goals, and making fitness, exercise and healthy eating a consistent part of your lifestyle.

Progression Sessions. For those that do not want long-term personal training, or just need periodic guidance, use these specifically-designed, one-on-one training sessions to help guide you in your own exercise & healthy eating behavior change. [$20/30-min session; $40/1-hr session]
Group Fitness. Join others just like you for fun, energetic and supportive group classes. We currently offer personlized full-body circuits, Bootcamps, Balance Strength, Yoga, Ripped, and Zumba. See our calendar for times or contact us to set up your own circuit for your company and/or group of friends. [$5/class; $40/month for unlimited classes]
