Directly next to Resorts World casino and near enough to the Belly of the Beast to attract enough Citiots, you can find most of what you seek at this mall. Clean facilities and well organized. Extensive parking in the lot out front. Staff friendly and alert.
The new Casino will save this mall. Now with the closing of Sears a new restaurant could potentially open up at the soon to be vacant location. Expect this Mall to boom very soon. SAVE THE NEWBURGH MALL! The mall is very nice to walk around and they have a place to get some delicious Pizza called Mister Pizza. Lots of places to sit within the mall.
Over the 15+years or so this mall has sharply been declining increasingly. A lot of businesses and stores especially some of the good ones are no longer operating. This mall used to have a lot of excellent stores now it’s more like a ghost town. Very few stores remain but then a lot of malls across North America are in sharp declines businesses closing and malls closing. Growing up as kid into teenager years the 1980s and 1990s it was very common to visit malls not only for shopping but was a good place to hangout. Depending locations some malls had food courts and nice restaurants some had movie theaters some also had arcade games or indoor playgrounds! I don’t know if anybody can relate to this or had similar experiences here? Dang I must be close to being a dinosaur with all the crazy changes and technology overtaking everything here! Yikes not far away from reaching 40 years old. These rapid changes and insane turnarounds not necessarily for the better is making me feel like I’m a million years old pretty got dang close to being prehistoric! Ouch! Holy smokes! Whoo!
I recently visited the Newburgh Mall, located in Newburgh, NY, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The mall's lack of retail stores and slow pace left me wanting more. Here's my honest review based on my visit. Firstly, one of the major downsides of the Newburgh Mall is the limited selection of retail stores. I was disappointed to find a noticeable lack of variety when it came to shopping options. Many of the stores that were once there have closed down, resulting in a limited range of choices for shoppers. This can be frustrating, especially for those seeking a diverse and vibrant shopping experience. Moreover, the overall atmosphere of the mall felt slow and lacking in excitement. The lack of foot traffic and the absence of bustling activity were quite noticeable during my visit. It seemed as though the mall was struggling to attract both shoppers and tenants, which contributed to the lackluster experience. I found myself wishing there were more to do within the mall to make the visit more engaging and enjoyable. On a positive note, the mall does offer a few redeeming qualities. The parking facilities were ample and easily accessible, making it convenient for visitors to find a parking spot. Additionally, the mall does have a few remaining stores that are worth checking out, although the overall variety is still limited. I would like to see the Newburgh Mall make efforts to revitalize its retail offerings and attract a wider range of stores to cater to diverse customer preferences. Implementing strategies to enhance the overall atmosphere and encourage more foot traffic would also greatly improve the shopping experience. Introducing additional entertainment options, such as entertainment zones, dining establishments, or family-friendly activities, could help make the mall a more vibrant destination for visitors. In conclusion, the Newburgh Mall in Newburgh, NY, is currently struggling with a lack of retail stores and a slow-paced environment. While it does offer convenient parking and a few remaining stores, the overall shopping experience falls short. I hope the mall management takes steps to address these shortcomings and breathe new life into the mall by attracting a wider range of retailers and introducing more engaging activities.
Disappointing! Almost nothing was open. It's depressing to be honest! It's a 1 level mall with not much in it. The coffee shop, Office Depot, barber shop, The Children's Place, Bath and Body Works and a pizza place was the only things I noticed had people in them. Inside the mall is The Newburgh Market. It has many vendors and I understand in the spring it is outside. Everyone there was extremely nice. There isn't much foot traffic in the mall, I hope the market gets more hype! As of December 2 2022 the casino is not open. I did hear they got to open by year end. The
Not a terrible place to visit once in a while but I wish they would do more with it. A lot of stores have left, leaving not much of a shopping experience. I hope it will get better in the future.
There’s literally nothing here anymore! I wish they would put better stores and things in here! But it’s not a safe mall people shoplift all the time and do carjackings too! The casino is the only thing keeping it alive!
Easy location totally convenient and a nice place to visit eats slots and dept store shopping and more DEBBIE PIGNOTTI
Whoever is the owner of this mall does not know proper business. The mall open late and close early. All the good stores are gone. The mall owner need to be open by 9am and close at 9pm to accommodate the consumer. Apart from that you just need to shut it down.
Has a casino, shopping, and a wonderful Mexican restaurant. Perfect for a day out. The Mexican Restaurant is a perfect place to eat and have a good time with friends and family. Family run by people who welcome you as one of theirs.
