Welcome to the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) serving the City of Newburyport for the State of Massachusetts.
The Office of Emergency Management is an agency responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive emergency program for Newburyport Massachusetts. This Plan addresses disaster mitigation, planning and preparedness, response to, and recovery from large-scale emergencies and disasters that may affect our local area. The agency is also responsible for the coordination of the municipality's efforts to respond to, severe emergency and disaster situations affecting the community, whether natural or man-made.
