Best gun store around, I travel almost an hour to come here and pass many others on my way. They are straight shooters here offering friendly knowledgeable service. I enjoy the great selection of used firearms. I like places that will work with you on certain things too if you’re a cash buyer like myself.

Picked up my Taurus G3C today at Newington Gun Exchange. It was a very easy and pleasant transaction, with the staff being very helpful. Great price, great service, excellent communication, ordered it over the phone, received a call when it was in and headed down to pick it up.

Good service good prices. Bought a 22 pistol from them.. the sale went smooth and didn't take long at all. My friend also got something from them as well. Went to check them out because Hoffman's was closed down because they got robbed again. This is our first time in Newington got exchange and we will definitely be going back.

Good store friendly staff just as I remember. Went looking for a compact .45 as I entered, i was greeted and then showed the options of what I was looking for. I was helped by John if I remember correctly, he laid out the difference, pros and cons for my use case based on what I needed in his expert opinion and helped me decide on my purchase, which I was very happy with. 5 stars was in and out quickly with my purchase and as a happy customer.

This is always my first stop when shopping for a firearm even though I live 45 minutes away. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a great selection and very fair prices.

Today I was a first time buyer, I did my research and was pretty set on what I wanted. Called around and everyone seemed to be out of stock, I decided to stop in to see if they had what I was looking for and surely enough they did. The person who helped me was straight to the point but not in a rude or condescending way, knowledgeable and very helpful. The only downside was not having the holster I need which wasn’t a big deal because it seems that every other store didn’t have them either. Needless to say, even though it wasn’t my first choice of store, I will gladly be back and it will be my first choice next time.

Always a good experience with the folks at NGX. Knowledgeable with good, honest recommendations. Fast and efficient processing, finished in 15 minutes during my last visit at 5:45 pm.

Went in and found the staff was not friendly whatsoever, condescending with an attitude. Rushed the review of available product, though there was only two customers and four staff. I was going to purchase and decided not to due to their demeanor. They need to change their approach and service per other reviews I read. Good product selection but will buy somewhere else.
