My Story:
I went from being a couch potato who could barely run 200 meters, to a Level II Certified Cross Fit Coach. I’m now using what I learned to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Who This Is For:
EVERYONE! The workouts are designed that anyone, any age, at any fitness level can get a good workout. Whether you have never done a pull-up since 7th grade or if you are an athlete wanting to increase your strength, we can help you!
What to Expect:
The type of workouts you will do are designed to strengthen your body for all facets of human life. The official term is general physical preparedness (GPP). The workouts and strength training you will do will help you carry your growing child up the stairs. When your neighbor needs help moving a couch you can help them without fear of hurting yourself. You will improve your balance and increase your flexibility and of course burn fat!
Your workout will last about an hour. That includes your warm up, strength or skill training, and the workout.
Why Newly Minted:
Professional trainers, from Tony Horton and Jillian Michaels, to trainers all over the world tout the benefits of incorporating the use of weights to burn fat and calories.
