The food & drink was great!! I had the Cajun Salmon Taco and fries. With the cajun seasoning added it was delish! I did not capture a pic of the taco but it was great. The Cadillac Margarita was also great and the Caesar salad was good just ask for extra dressing on the side. Our waiter Ramon was okay. He was a little impatient and bit rude at times. He got the manager when we never requested for the manager. However, the manager Carlos was fantastic and very helpful. I don't mind returning.
I'd come for the harbor view of the ferries from the balcony. Wouldn't expect much from tourist places. BUTTT their weekday happy hour and specials are insane. Really nice for a place with a view. Great location for strolling down souvenir shops to Balboa fun zone with games. Happy Hour on Weekdays: - Monday-Tuesday 11:30am-8pm, and Wednesday-Friday 11:30am-6pm. - Drinks HH is all day. - Food specials per weekday from 6pm-8pm what they call extended happy hour. So far the non-happy hour order of appetizer sampler is something I'd recommend.
Great service. Food is very reasonably priced considering the location. Service was great and attentive.Food: 4/5
The food is okay, I order calamari tempura and was good, I guess I have try other calamari’s and they have better taste , service was great .
Delicious food with excellent views. We waited 20 minutes at lunch for an outside seat, which I highly recommend. The oysters were fresh and clean, the clam chowder in the sourdough bowl was top notch, and the fish tacos were wonderful. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants lunch with a view.
Charbroiled oysters are the best I've had in awhile. So fresh and delicious. Service was awesome, our food and drinks came fast and stayed full. Very laid back place on the water with great happy hour prices all day.Food: 5/5
Great location on the water. Service was great. Food was delicious. Parking: Tight spaces in a very limited lot
I would rate that place more than 5 stars if possible, we did not have any reservations on a Sunday afternoon which is obviously a busy time of the day but yet we were welcomed and accommodated in less than 10 minutes and probably in the best place on the upper deck patio where you can see the awesome view and enjoy the nice music, the whole vibe is outstanding, the drinks and the food are good but the service and the place complimented the whole experience. Prices are reasonable for such a place in balboa island, portions are good but definitely could be better, the food is fresh and taste good, the place is very authentic and the decorations and wall mount pictures add to the general ambience, it is highly recommended specially of you are more into seafood. We tried the fish and ships, pasta with white sauce and salad and it was great
Great place, highly recommended. Food is 9/10 but the service and view make it great all togetherFood: 5/5
Great food, big portions, great service, we will return! Update: we came back a second time and the experience couldn’t have been more the opposite. After waiting about 40 minutes for the food that never came our 3 year old was now melting down so I had to walk her home and we got our >$100 meal packaged to-go to eat semi cold at home. We sat with empty wine glasses for over 15 minutes. Maybe we had their best server the first time and the worst one tonight, but not happy.
