Absolutely unhelpful. Called to verify information was told to fax a specific way and to write the information in a specific format .. after spending the time to do that I called and the lady to verify they received it and she started out rude told me nope we don’t do it that way, and when I said someone had given me specific instructions to do it.. she said NOPE need to mail it in. Government agency or not, you are a customer service clerk. Act like it.
never been here but I called to ask for the number for circuit court because I was trying to get copy of a document and the lady that answer the phone was the rudest ever. She sounded very old and bitter. Please let her retire! she sound like she is being made to work and hate her job! Newport News should be happy she not the judge she sound like everyone will go to jail for 20 or more! I never been in jail or a ticket I felt like a real criminal asking a question lol!
Calling the court for information is like dying, hours for them to answer a phone and to top it off when they answer you they treat you like the worst in the world, to be a government institution they have very bad customer services. Since they want people to change their behavior if not even those who work in court respect and behave like people, it seems they don't teach them how to treat people, they should start educating them before hiring them, the Chick-fil workers treat you with greater respect than they do.
Judges need to see if the person coming to court for eviction is found not quilty first from the charge instead of agreeing with the rental office when the person haven't been to court yet for guilty or not .can not listen to the landlord all the time cause they be wrong .now people evicted for no reason...
The thought of going here bothers me. Went to show support to a loved one. Their whole demeanor here is treat everyone like a criminal. It's already stressful enough to walk in the building. I guess they serve their purpose hunches shoulders.
