This would be zero if google allowed it. The actual medical proceedure went fine but that’s where the good part of the experience ended. The billing process is terrible and at this point I honestly suspect fraudulent behavior. The bills provided are impossible for a laymen to understand and repeated contacts requesting clarity have gone unresponded to. Instead patients are just turned over to a collection agency called TCS. THIS ORGANIZATION IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My wife and I were just yelled at by a representative from TCS. Perhaps I expected too much that a representative of Newport Plaza Surgical Center would actually be able, let alone willing, to provide me information so I could compare their “bill” to the claims information I have downloaded from my insurance carrier. SHAME ON YOU NEWPORT PLAZA SURGICAL CENTER FOR TREATING YOUR PATIENTS THIS WAY!
