It is the mission of the Newport Police Department to deliver service to our community with Courage, Professionalism, and Respect. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure community by providing high quality police services to all persons within our jurisdiction. We are committed to the protection of life and property, the preservation of peace, and the equitable enforcement of the law. We will achieve these goals by working together as a team within our department and in partnership with our community.
