My experience with Newtown Amazing organization helping the community. Karina and Jose very helpful and extremely experienced allowing our family to understand housing program. I bless this organization for having a devoted heart and patience, allowing to have patience to find the perfect house, I would to thank them so much!!!
It has been a pleasure working with Karina and Jose and everyone else at Newton . The whole experience has been awesome, communication was excellent it helped make the process a lot easier. Karina was supportive and very understanding through the process as well as Jose. It is a dream come true for our family to finally be able to own our own home what a blessing it is , thank you Newton for helping to make it possible may God continually bless you all.
Newtown CDC has given my family the opportunity to purchase our first home, everyone has helped us every step of the way, answered all of our questions. We are so thankful for every Individual at Newtown, they provided us with a home for kids to grow up in.
A little over 4 years ago, I was living in a state of desperation and fear. I spent my time locked in the bathroom at my parent's house doing drugs and doing my best to ignore the sound of my daughter's voice calling for me from beyond that door. On September 12, 2022, I surrendered my will and my desperation and my fear and not only unlocked that bathroom door, but all the rest of the doors that I had locked and hidden behind for almost a decade. As one can imagine, miracles started unfolding around me. One of those absolute MIRACLES was Newtown CDC. In June of 2022, I submitted my application for down payment assistance. In a stunning and unprecedented 4 months, I completed the process with Newtown and on October 6th, moved into my new home with my daughter!!!! Thank you, Karina Montano! Thank you, Jose Velazquez! Thank you, Jonathan Miller from Realty Executives! Thank you, everyone at FineMark National Bank & Trust! Thank you, everyone at First American Title! Thank you, Matt Casselman, Notary Public!!! I've had both the distinct opportunity to experience the darker side of humans and life AND the opportunity to experience the pure light and joy and kindness and compassion and altruism that still exists in this world and the people in it!!! Those I mentioned by name and those that worked behind the scenes to guide me through this process are PURE LIGHT!!!! PURE KINDNESS!!!! This experience will live and grow in my heart and my soul for the rest of the time I have here!! If I can be of service and, in any way, help repay the support and guidance and grace that was so freely given to me by everyone at Newtown, and all involved, you've only to ask!!!!

My family has been truly blessed with owning our first home working with Newton CDC. We learned so much and felt prepared throughout the home buying process. The staff is helpful, transparent and truly caring. I felt they all worked hard to make our dream come true. We have felt lucky every day since purchasing our home. Everything about this experience was wonderful. I was able to achieve home ownership of a perfectly sized rehabbed house. Everyone at Newtown kept in touch and were very patient with all my questions. The organization, the realtor, and the lender were easy to work with and took a lot of the stress out of the home-buying experience. I was introduced to Newtown from a family member who purchased her home through them and she had nothing but positive things to say. That's my situation too...nothing but a positive experience that I am more than happy to share. God Bless This Organization!
I can not say enough great things about Newtown. I worked with Jessica and in a few months I went from start to finish and now am a PROUD HOMEOWNER. I am just amazed at how easy they made the whole process. The lender and real estate agent that were recommended to me also said that Newtown was easy to work with which helped the process move along quickly.
