At Next Level Fitness and Healing, we have a passion for health, fitness and healing. We love teaching corrective movement of the human body, improving nutritional foundations, identifying and overcoming physical, mental, and emotional limiters, and using energy medicine to help you live a healthy, active lifestyle. We help you get the healthy, lean, pain free body you want so you can live your life to the fullest or become a better athlete. How? By reducing or eliminating pain, helping with weight loss, and increasing body strength.
We believe in taking a holistic approach when helping you achieve your life goals. We help you overcome fears, challenge your limits, build confidence in your body and improve your self-esteem. Healing techniques may include Reiki, a Japanese energy healing in which we place hands lightly on or over your body to assist in pain relief or healing of old injuries.
We achieve these changes by offering complete nutrition and fitness programs to our clients in a private or semi-private coaching setting or through small group training class.
We specialize in what we call Performance Fitness. What is Performance Fitness? It is using corrective exercise to improve the body’s posture and correct dysfunctional movement patterns so that you can perform at your very best. Whether your sport is baseball, softball, golf, tennis, lacrosse, biking, running or working a demanding job, your body needs to be in postural balance. A balanced body will become strong in a way that is usefully strong, without wasting energy from holding a misaligned body in place while faulty movement patterns increase your risk of injury. These key areas will be assessed and a correct exercise program will be built on your body’s needs and your goals.
A foundation (the Body) will be built to handle the demand of your sport. Once the foundation is complete, a sports-specific program will be built to improve your performance to the next level!
