Trina was warm and welcoming and got me checked in right away. She showed genuine concern and was extremely nice. Kerry was the Dr who saw me and immediately diagnosed why my ear was hurting so badly. She cleaned it out and I had instant relief. She diagnosed the infection and got my prescription sent immediately. All the staff was super nice and efficient. Highly recommend this facility!
The doctor for my original appointment was sick and could could not work. The receptionist made me an appointment at another location the same day only a couple hours later. The doctor at the other location was very efficient and friendly. I got my prescription shortly after and I'm feeling MUCH better. Overall great experience especially when It could have gone wrong from the start.
The doctor was lovely but the front desk person was so mean. It’s like she refused to run anyone’s insurance and took pride in collecting the highest deductible possible. I saw this happen to me and 3 other people waiting. Also the waiting time was bad, even with an appointment. But I loved the doctor who saw me.
I had to revise my good review because they messed up my tb test. I showed up within the 24-48 hour window they stated to come but by the time I waited and they got to me it was not even 10 min past the 48 hour mark. They told me I needed to take a new tb test and pay another $30. I refused and won’t be going back to this location unfortunately. My doctor and EMT professor both agreed it was a bit ridiculous they refused the tb test
This was one of the best locations I’ve been to. Staff were attentive and kind. I felt 100% comfortable and truly cared for. I highly recommend this office.
One of the nicest staff I've ever encountered at an office visit. From the time I walked in I was greeted with the biggest smile ever. Throughout the entire check in process I lady behind the desk was more than helpful. The assistant taking vitals was very bubbly and just charismatic and she ended up also taking blood samples from me. Probably the easiest samples I've ever given. Coudlnt even feel the needle go in. And dealing with Hope, I believe, was by far a great experience. Very knowledgeable and listened whish hardly ever happens at an office visit. Just wanted to say thank you for all you and your staff did to make it a pleasant experience going to urgent care as those usually aren't. Thank you to the entire staff!
I make an appointment way in advance and finish all of my paperwork ahead of time. When I go to my appointment I EXPECT to be admitted on time. A 15 min wait is tolerable but every time I go there’s 5 people ahead of me who I have no idea if they made an appointment or not! A 2-3 hour wait is extremely UNACCEPTABLE even mexico has better healthcare services and I’m sorry there’s no doctors but you might as well just close shop if you only have one doctor. Wasting everybody’s time.
Kerrie Kim is the worst provider I’ve ever seen in my life. Rude, condescending and disrespectful. I will never return to NextCare because of her horrible treatment during a time I was in pain and suffering. She should not be allowed to treat patients. Horrible, horrible experience.
Absolutely awful experience at this place. Showed up at 1:15 for a 1:30 appointment. When I got there, I was informed there was no provider present and I would be seen virtually. I was a bit taken aback and inquired how it would be possible to get tested for strep/get my throat looked at. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Waited for 45 min to be taken back. Assistant tested for strep and flu. Waited another 30 min to get on a virtual call with their terribly spotty WiFi. I could barely hear what she was saying. She asked me if I've looked at my own throat and I said I had. She then asked me if it looked like strep or tonsil stones. How the heck am I supposed to know? I'm not the medical professional. This is why I wanted to be seen by a real person. Thanks for nothing. Then she proceeded to tell me I probably have strep despite the negative test. I told her my son has had a cough and runny nose and she said she suspects he also has strep and that I need to take him to be seen right away. What?? A simple google search tells me that those are not symptoms associated with strep. He doesn't even have a sore throat. But thanks for making me feel like a bad parent. I then called our pediatrician who said a cough is not something to worry about and I definitely did not need to bring him in to be seen at this point. This place get 1 star for doing the flu and strep tests, I guess. But 90 min later I have no answers and still feel like absolute crud.
Fantastic experience at this UC. They saved my sister’s life a few months ago when she was having an anaphylactic reaction. They were quick to act, knowledgeable and compassionate. I went in today for a more minor issue and was met with the same prompt, knowledgeable and compassionate service. Thank you!
