Nextlevel Fitness Dfw

I have unfortunately made zero experience with this gym, as they have simply never been open. I had a very nice chat with Jay, who convinced me to join the club despite my busy schedule. Apparently they open every morning at 8am. I went 5 times between 8am and 10am, never was anyone there, no one responded to my emails about confirming opening hours and also early evenings I couldn't catch anyone at the gym. I was in touch with Jay via facebook because I asked to get my money back but it looks like I am blocked now. I would have really liked to write something nice and especially would have liked to work out, but I feel I've been tricked into signing up for a service that simply didn't exist.
