Nha Minh is a Vietnamese American restaurant located in Greenpoint/East Williamsburg. We specialize in prepared and sauteed vegetables prepared in a traditional Vietnamese style. Our add on feature Vietnamese Ham, Beef Bacon, Smoked Trout and vegan options, Tempeh and Seitan. This is not traditional Vietnamese cuisine. It is food prepared with Vietnamese sensibilities. Our chef Fred Hua is Vietnamese and was recently owner of the fabulous pho joint. Nha Toi.
