We have built our reputation on ethical, quality rehabilitative care with proven patient satisfaction and positive outcomes. We have a flexible, interdisciplinary approach to health care, centered around caregiver compassion delivered in a comfortable setting. We serve the needs of our patients through a full spectrum of services. We provide multiple levels of care, including rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long term care, as well as hospice.
We specialize in providing rehabilitation to patients over the age of 65. We believe these patients have better outcomes with less intensive therapy that is provided one on one. Our rehabilitation patients typically stay about three weeks and function better at home than those patients that receive only home health or short term intensive rehabilitation.
