The Niagara Parks School of Horticulture is both an educational institution and a public botanical garden that is maintained by dedicated staff and students with a united objective to educate, cultivate, and preserve ornamental plants. The school began in 1936, and has evolved into a beautiful community of people with a love and passion for horticulture, and every aspect relating to it. Here, we are constantly learning about the many fascinating trees, flowers and shrubs that are indigenous to Canada, and also those that have been brought in from all around the world. The students live and breathe horticulture in this 3 year program, afterwards heading out to share their plant care and gardening knowledge in a variety of different fields. We invite you to come for a walk in this lovely public garden space to take in a few of the many wonders of Niagara Falls
