I really enjoyed the thoughtfully designed interior, selection of footwear, apparel and trend product. The sneaker selection was amazing, they had all the seasons best styles and colorways. Great vibes and even better kicks!
Do not shop here! Worst customer service while trying to buy some shoes. Then our car got booted because we walked next door to get my daughter. They don’t care. About selling shoes and must make their money off of booting cars.
Dope spot! The only thing I don’t like about going to this place is that they rarely have any of my sizes whenever I visit Austin. I’ve been to this store maybe 4 or 5 times and got lucky a few times to be able to grab my size. I think I’ll give this place a 4 because of the good vibes and a loss of a point because of not having my size. I’m going g to try this spot again in a few months when I make my way back to Austin. Hopefully, since it’ll be towards the summer, they’ll have a lot of options.
Worst experience ever. We parked at their parking lot, went to drop off some clothes at shop near by and were going to go there to shop for some shoes. Funny enough, I had to go back to the car after like 3 min to get some treats for my dog and I saw the sign that they trapped the car and we have to pay the fee. I guess they got my $100 this way, but lost a customer. Customers, actually. The point is, it was gonna be my first time at the store we moved here recently, now I will never ever purchase anything from them, nor anyone I know.
Went in not expecting to buy anything but came out with a great find — Yeezy 380 Mist ! Associate was very helpful and they were great about letting people know about their new COVID store rules upon entry.
Granted, I didn't see their lot's parking sign-- but they sure booted my car super quickly and it really sucks to be surprised with a $100 fee to get it off. I was originally planning on going in after my first stop, but after that stunt I'm never going back.
Great experience! Everyone was helpful and patient....I was also amazed at the selection and prices. They had all grails at close to retail....G.O.A.T
One of my favorite shoe stores in Austin, the young lady at the counter always greets me soon as I come in! They always have a great selection of kicks in too. Definitely will continue to shop with nice kicks
Ordered a pair of shoes from them and they never shipped. 2 weeks after the shoes dropped i contacted them to inquire as to the status and they cancelled my order with no explanation. I have emailed them repeatedly with no response from anyone at the business. I believe they backdoored or stole my shoes as they are ignoring my inquiries and have provided no explanation whatsoever.
Don't shop here unless you want to get your car booted. I peeked at a couple outdoor vendors just a couple yards from the shop before browsing inside and then I came to my car to discover I had to pay $100 for that stupid boot because they apparently were "watching me on camera from the moment I parked" and saw that I spent 20secs looking at some shirts outside. Its their desperate and predatory attempt at not going out of business.
