My car was brought here by the Collision Repair company that had been fixing my car since the Collision Repair Company does not know about a certain part/sensor going off. Kia told us that they had ordered a part for the sensor and it took 1 week for the part to arrive only to discover that my car didn't need the part since the part does not fit into my car and just needed to be recalibrated. One week wasted. Also when they returned my car to the dealership, it was not in a good condition. It was making a noise that it was not making before the Repair shop brought it to them and the hood of my car is dented. Wasted one weeks worth of time and the car is in worse condition than it was before. Go to Dublin Kia instead.
Bad service. We brought one of our car's to this service center twice, and were really disappointed in the level of service we received. The service advisors both time never bothered to update us on the status or our repairs. The first time we had to bring in the car for mandatory recall services that the DMV required. The service advisor told us it would take around 3 hours, we decided to hang out in the area. After 5 hours had passed and we did not receive any calls, we went back and were told that the work was not complete and would take much longer. We asked how long and they could not tell us an estimate. We didn't end up getting called until the following day. The lack of communication and poor reliability were indicative of a really weak staff. The next time we brought the car in was only a month later when our AC stopped working. We were certain that a two year old car that had AC problems was still protected by warranty. They took our car at 8am and informed us it would take all day to perform a diagnostic on the AC. We expected a call at some point to update us on the findings, but once again we received nothing. I tried calling multiple times and kept getting routed to voicemail. Eventually I went back and just found our advisor and she told us the diagnosis. The findings were something that could have been indicated by a simple visual check, yet they charged us over $200 for their 8 hour "diagnosis". This really made us lose trust with this location. They could have at bare minimum informed us of the issue and offered up the option to repair it, but once again it was left to us to go find out what was going on. After this second bad experience with this service center, we have already started searching for a new car because Hyundai has proven to be a really mediocre brand. All cars have issues over time, but you hope that the people that represent the cars and the brand have some pride in making sure their customers are satisfied. This place doesn't really seem to care, and will no longer be our problem.

Lost my key to an Elantra and the fellas at Oakland Hyundai referred me to A1 something locksmith and they wanted $225. The guys here in the Hyundai parts department charged me $27 and had me back out the door in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service!
I always bring my 2013 kia optima for service here and Jeff Heath always gives me an awesome customer service and also he really takes care of my car with everything it needs. Thanks Jeff for your service.
Terrible chaotic service. You will wait forever, no one answers the phone no one knows whats going on and your car actually comes out in worse condition. Run away.
