I recently visited this jewelry store for the first time to inquire about having my wedding ring reset. The service was friendly and helpful. Took the time to answer all of my questions. They weren't sure if they were going to accomplish what I wanted , but took the time to fully explain the process before just going ahead and doing it, which I greatly appreciated. Turned out great and I am very pleased with the way my ring looks and the quality of the work. Would recommend!

I love visiting Nick's jewelry store. They are always extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. I have had several items repaired and even had a ring turned into a necklace. Nick takes his time to make sure that I am happy with every single thing. His wife Meredith is often there and she is so helpful with helping me to figure out exactly what I'm looking for when even I don't know sometimes. Love the bench jewelry and the fact that I have an option if I want a piece that isn't out of a catalog.

I ordered a customer necklace for my wife after the birth of our fourth child which had the birthstone of each, it was a beautiful piece which my wife really enjoyed. The idea for the necklace was Nicholaus' idea and when our fifth child was on the way he said he could add a fifth birthstone, this was a great surprise for my wife. This is my favorite jewelry store, the custom work is creative and thoughtful as is the family that owns and runs the store.

I talked to Nicolaus about repairs on several sterling silver items, perching 2.silver chains and making a pair of diamond Earrings for me. A week after his wife called me and said that they could order earrings from a catalog cheaper. I asked about size. She said they would be smaller. I asked when my other items would be ready. She said a week. My cell cut out. I did not get with them until today feb 27.i asked if my items were ready. She said she tried to call numerous times about the earrings. And there was a question about the items. I asked what it was. She said that they were shipped out to me un repaired. Have yet to receive it!!!!!!! 2/28/2018. I did receive my un repaired jewelry and a bill as if it had been repaired. Have not been able to get through to Nicholas on the telephone. Have left messages o answering machine.

I was very impressed with the store.such awesome jewelry he has created.one needs to stop and see all his jewelry.
