The Nicholson House Inn & Spa is a cozy B&B with an attached spa in the heart of beautiful Mendocino on the Northern California coast.
The Nicholson House was originally built in 1905. It served as home to 3 generations of Nicholsons until the 1970's when it was transformed into a comfortable bed and breakfast. Since then it's undergone a few remodels and some additions but still has the look and feel of its historical character.
The property is located in the heart of Mendocino adjacent to an open meadow that looks out toward the sea. We have great rooms, plush feather beds, beautiful views, and reasonable rates. Some of our rooms are pet-friendly. We also offer a complementary continental breakfast, free Wi-FI, and a free pass to our spa. We are conveniently located next to two world-class restaurants, the 955 Ukiah Street Restaurant and the Café Beaujolais.
Since the summer of 2016 we are part of the Sweetwater Properties which includes Sweetwater Inn & Spa, Sweetwater Eco Spa and Sweetwater Vacation Home Rentals.
