Dr. Nielsen and our Dental Hygienist, Haley, are always gentle, thorough, and informative during our visits. My kids and I enjoy seeing them and feel very comfortable every time we need a cleaning or dental work done. Dr. Nielsen also recommended a fantastic orthodontist for my daughters braces. Definitely recommend them for all family dental needs!
I highly recommend. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Everyone I spoke with was amazing and they took excellent care of everything. My only regret is that I did not know about them sooner!
I went in for a chipped molar and x-rays showed I needed a root canal. I was referred to Sigma Dental for a root canal then came back to Nielsen Dental for a temporary crown. I’ll go back for the permanent crown in a few weeks. So far the process has gone as well as having to get a root canal and crown could go. It’s never going to be fun and always going to make the wallet thinner, even with good dental insurance. However, Dr. Nielsen and staff have made the process so easy, with minimal disruption to work and life. Everyone is kind and helpful. Dr. Nielsen was attentive to my concerns and dental anxiety. The work he did has held up well with no discomfort or bothersome textures in my mouth. I would recommend this dental office to everyone. They are highly skilled professionals and truly caring individuals.
Our family bounced through several dental practices to only experience high costs, poor service, and lack of transparency about charges. We have experienced quality care at affordable rates and the staff are attentive and caring. I highly recommend Neilson Dental studio

Dr. Nielsen and his staff is amazing. The doctor and his staff is courteous, professional and very friendly. They made me feel comfortable and explained me the procedure very well. I highly recommend this dental studio.
The office staff was very nice and Dr. Nielsen was very friendly. This was my first time going here and my teeth haven’t felt this clean in ages and I go to the dentist 2 times a year.
Had to take my elderly mother, who is oxygen dependant and on hospice, to her first appointment at 1:00pm today at Nielsen. I was told to be there 15 minutes early to complete paperwork being a new patient so I showed up at 12:40 20 mins early. It was pouring rain and it took a minute to get my mother out of the truck. When we got to the door, it was locked. After getting someones attention inside, she opened the door slightly. I advised her we had an appointment at 1p. She noted that it was 12:40 which I advised her we were told to be there 15 minutes early. Her response was "we are on our lunch break." To which I replied, "is it okay if we wait in the lobby and complete the paperwork?" - "uh, no. You have to wait outside." So, I had to get my mother and her oxygen machine back into the truck. Did I mention it was pouring down rain? After sitting in the truck for a while, the employee came out with a clipboard with the paperwork, but she wouldn't dare walk 5 ft. to my truck window. I had to get out of the truck again and get the clipboard from her. So, all of this to say, don't expect any customer service or common courtesy here. If you're elderly and following their instructions to come in early, be sure it's not at the end of their lunch break because you're not going inside.
What a great office. Ashley and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to work with and all of the Dentists are top notch. My first procedure was an extraction, and I have been going back to them with my continued care and I will for the rest of my days. I have no reason to be scared of the dentist anymore. ;
LOVE MY NEW DENTAL HEALTH TEAM!! Dr. Nielsen is super nice and personable! My dental hygienist, Teresa, is amazing and so knowledgeable! Sydney at the front desk is very helpful and goes above and beyond! Same with Theresa! There were a couple of other ladies in the office that I didn't actually meet on my first visit but I look forward to meeting them this month! Fantastically close location that is very convenient for me, as I live in Pilot Point. I'm very happy and I totally recommend Dr. Nielsen and his staff!!
