Nike Factory Store

We love shopping here when we’re in the area. The prices are very competitive. They have a pretty large variety of clothing and shoes in store. They also offer a military discount which my son takes advantage of. Excellent store!

I really miss the Nike Store on Shelbyville Rd, so we went to Simpsonville. The selection of shoes there is not up to par. Didn't find anything to my liking. Felt like a wasted trip. The best part of the experience I got to go shopping with my husband, we did not buy shoes from there.

If you like Nike shoes and sport wear you gotta gotta visit this store. The prices or great and the selection is pretty good. If they don’t have the shoes in your size they will order them and ship to you free. Military discount also given. The clearance section want disappoint you. The store can be crowded especially on weekends. I like visiting weekdays

My husband and I come to the outlet shops a few times a year at least, and Nike is our #1 store. We always find the BEST deals here, and the deals are for the ENTIRE FAMILY! Whe we checkout, I'm always pleasantly surprised at how low the total is compared to how many things we purchased!! They offer a wide arrangement for all your family and friends.

Great staff for the most part. The short bald manager isn't so great always following me around hoping to catch me stealing lol and then has a smart remark for anything I may approach him about. Other than him it's a great store best prices I've found and very patient

I recently learned about the two year warranty on all Nike shoes and happened to pop my bubble on my black and gold vapor maxes. I called ahead and was assured that I could come in and switch them out. No problem. Needless to say I’m a happy guy today! Update I waited to post this review until I left the store they did in fact replace my shoes. I wasn’t able to get the gold/black but I got some all black ones that isn’t a problem for me. I’m just surprised that I got new shoes on the way FedEx Ground. Thanks, Nike ! Also my associate was very helpful & understanding.. 10 STARS

These people need to get better at customer service.i took a friend here to do an exchange. Only a half size bigger shoe and it took 1hr 15min. I mean SERIOUSLY

Good selection but they’re closing at 6 for some reason…

Got 2 left shoes . I live out of town and still have not been able to get ahold of anybody. I was hoping maybe to get a right to ship to me other than that I'll give it five but it was a baby shoe and I asked if they had the size my grandchild needed they brought me up a pair of shoes I didn't look as my fault. I just wish I could be corrected

You can fine great deals little crowded though. Great for back to school!
