Nike Factory Store

The manager Bobby went above and beyond in helping my grandfather find everything he needed. His customer service is exceptional. We definitely will be coming back.

Absolute GARBAGE. Employees hangin out in back of store, in a circle blocking customers from looking at merch, dont move out of way when you try to walk by. Not 1 of the 12 employees on the floor at the time once asked me if i needed help finding anything or even a hello. There were 2 registers open, no one in front of me in line, just the 2 people who were checking out. 7 MINUTES i stood there waiting for my turn. There was what appeared to be a manager also behind counter, DIRECTLY in front of me and at an open register. He was too busy organizing plastic bags to help a customer. Then i made eye contact with a female employee, she came up to front, slowly walked behind the entire register counter, and kept going. Didnt talk to me, didnt help me, didnt ring me out. Then one register was finally done, the customer paid, and then WENT BACK TO SHOP FOR MORE CLOTHES!!!! They left me standing there waiting. Would never return, the selection there is absolute trash anyway let alone the entitled, lazy, and overall trash service from employees. If Google allowed 0 stars you’d get it. Do not give these people your hard earned $. They deserve NOTHING

Really really bad employees who are unhelpful and rude. I would fire them all and go without. It would make more sense to fully automated the entire store vs using poor quality employees to serve customers.

Clean well organized and stocked. They didn't add my sale to my Nike account and that's a headache trying to get it added back via phone or website. No one greeted me or checked on me while shopping and I had a fair purchase, 2 pairs of shoes, 4 polos, 4 pairs of shorts and some socks, but no offered a bag or cart or to carry any times to counter while I shopped ..so when I couldn't carry more, I was done.

Awesome sales. 30% off on open box purchases were back. Thank you for allowing me to rake my time and shop.

This store has all the Nike stuff. I had good services. The sale's people were very good at helping me for what I was looking for.

My boyfriend was searching for some air monarch iv that was black and white with an electric blue , size 9.5 4E wide. We called the store and the employees were very helpful and found them in stock. They even went as far as to set them upfront by the registers and put his name on them. We truly appreciated the customer service we received. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location with a good inventory. Prices are pleasent to the wallet. Staff was around every corner ready to assist when needed. Never pay full retail again.

Always love coming here. Selection is always on point and you cannot beat the prices. Every time I walk in these doors, I’m guaranteed to walk out with a few bags. I love the fact that they even have a plus size section.

Was looking for shorts. Not much of a selection available. Mostly shoes here. Hard to find staff when you need assistance without standing in the checkout line.
