Nike Factory Store

Went here on Saturday, it was quite a busy day throughout the outlets, and Nike was packed. Apparel seemed to be pretty stocked around the store and there were plenty of staff going around helping people. There was one employee that was very helpful to my grandma and I, he helped us order the shoes I wanted bc they didn’t have them in store, and he was very polite and attentive about it. He was very well trained and I could tell. Overall good experience.

So I ordered online to pick it up at the store. They had my shoe, but the employee who went and got the only pair in the store tried to get over on me by giving me scuffed shoes. He showed me the good one and sent us on our way. we checked the bag while walking to the car. big Ole scuff mark on the side of the shoe took them back. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the other employee that helped return the shoes gave us a number of discounts to make up for the other employee shame. The nerve. Thanks other employee for doing a great job. Other employee that talk and look like Patrick Mahomes shame on you

We had a bad experience at the store. A guy followed us into the store and near the checking counter got aggressive and started showing his knife. I told about it to the cashier and called the store security and instead of dealing with the situation and helping us, the store security guy said “ That guy often comes in the store and it’s quite unusual for him to do that”. Apart from that he didn’t do anything. At last when we came out of store we found outlet security and that person really helped us. He came with us to our car just to make sure we weren’t followed and helped us to feel secure. Didn’t expect this in the Nike store and the worst part was the way they dealt with it.

Had the most epic pair of moon shoes I've ever seen. Bought them and whenever I jump up and down with excitement I'm sent directly towards the stratosphere. Literally the coolest ever.

The young man that helped me today gets an A+ he was so friendly, helpful and patient. He went above and beyond I was really blown away by him you don't get that everyday I will for sure be back the store was tidy and clean plenty of staff to help if you needed it great experience 5 stars plus some for me

Do not like outlet stores. Everything is everywhere! Sizes all mixed up, supposedly prices are much lower here, but I did not find that to be the case. Workout shirt prices at $45 to me that is not on sale. These outlet stores would have to do much better for me to put up with the disarray and lack of help and knowledge from staff.

Nike ? Pretty good , same prices as the mall kinda weird that it’s just like the mail but individual stores , just a different type of mall , people dine realize that though for some reason?

Over priced, didn't have what I was looking. I found what I wanted form a other store near by for $40.00 less.

We had a black guy stalking us in the store. At the check out line we were standing with our 2 kids and he came right before us and pulled out a knife and threatened us and said he has friends with guns and begin to call them. We asked the Nike staff to help us and after talking among themselves they said it is not urgent. One staff person said that , that black guy often comes to their store and he does not usually do that . We had to leave the store without anyone helping us and they did not seem to care. It was very disappointing to see how they dealt with the situation and not considering the safety of their customers important
