Nike Factory Store

It's Nike... I Just do it. But you gotta visit every so often seasonally, to catch the sales and deals, oh, and the right sizes.

Very helpful. Patrick researched the inventory and found the correct size in stock.

Girl was very helpful I think her name was Haiden, only went in to buy one pair of shoes and I left with two pairs of shoes. Lol

They had NOTHING in this store. And I mean NOTHING. I walked in and then directly out. I’m not sure why nothing is in stock. They’re utilizing about 1/5 of the store as that’s all don’t have enough products to fill the store for whatever reason. I’m expecting a NIKE store to have more options than a foot locker or finish line but it was actually worse. Probably about 20 pairs of sneakers throughout the entire store. Just sad.

I visit this store very regularly and on several occasions the store has not been open during their posted open hours. I’m guessing they have a staffing issue but it’s very unexpected from a national retailer. It’s currently 12:30pm on a Monday, they should have been open at 11am.

I have been in the store many times and recently experienced the first problem. The store is over an hour away from my home. the Manager Mack ya fled the situation perfectly and made me very happy. I returned to the store the following week for the resolution and dealt with two more managers how were equally as pleasant and definitely made sure that I felt appreciated and satisfied. I will be a patron for life.

Extremely friendly Staff! The young Lady that ring us up & Nel with the UVA Rowing Team were outstanding!!! Solid selection & some fabulous sale prices. Definitely worth a visit or drop on in

What a waste of time, space and effort!!! Footlocker has a better selection! Why is this store even open if you barely have anything to sell??? Even their clearance items are the same price as retail. See pic below where the green clearance sticker price is the same!

I was pleasantly shocked when I walked into the store expecting to see regular retail pricing but instead seeing pricing marked down tremendously. Pretty much everything I saw was on sale and they had plenty of my size shirts M/L. as a result of the low pricing I walked out buying more than I normally would have but it was all well worth it when you get Nike quality clothes.

Been a frequent visitor since the opening of this store. Great employees,very clean,organized and good deals sometimes. The shoe inventory isn't the best and sometimes as an outlet the prices on the shoes are a little high. Still a good place to stop in and look.
