Madelyn, or Maddy, was extremely helpful and displayed AMAZING customer service. Her sense of hospitality is unlike any other. She helped me and my family to well beyond her best abilities. My nephew was very happy with his new shoes and even more happy to have been aided my Maddy. We left the store feeling immensely satisfied. And we will definitely be back, thanks to Maddy!

I have come to this location 3 times now. Each time, I was looking for shoes for my husband. And each time, they did not have the ones he wanted in his size. The employees were really nice and helpful. It just sucks that they never have his size. Buying online is sometimes different prices.

Margarita is amazing! I’m here visiting from Oregon and came in today to buy a few things and spotted some AJ1’s off the 30% rack and luckily they were my size and as I was checking out she was really nice and helpful best service and good prices. Thank you again Margarita will definitely be coming back!

Maddy Maddie was amazing and she helped us so much. She was very friendly and even went above and beyond customer service expectations for me and my brother and my son I would definitely recommend anyone that would come here to ask for her because she is very friendly, and everyone needs to come see her.

A good nike factory store with decent level of inventories.

Alonzo was excellent and he had an amazing sense of hospitality. He even mentioned that I could sign up and make an account with Nike for additional savings. He went above and beyond. Alonzo was the reason that I left the store extremely satisfied. I will definitely be back and hope to be helped by Alonzo again!

I finally found a pair of shoes to buy, so many styles were out of 10.5s. The staff was outstanding, very helpful and knowledgeable, I just wish I would have remembered their names to put here.
