Nike

Staff was friendly, good size store, good selection of apparel and shoes, this is not a Nike Factory as you'll find in Camarillo, good parking, there can be a line for purchasing.

Went here to return some shoes I ordered online for my Nephew. The shoes ran small I was able to buy him another pair they checked his shoe size. And the size was correct they had a sell 30 percent off. Was able to buy 3 more of my Nephews shoes. My sister in-law came and bought her a pair of shoes. Great prices without the discount.

Very nice atmosphere, some employees are friendly. They help you if you have any questions.Managers are great. Enjoy shopping and will be back.

Very professional and helpful staff. They will go the back storage for sizes that are not on the store shelf. Very pleasant store experience today.

This location is not paid out like a typical factory store. It was refreshing. Apparel selection is good. Shoe variety not so much. And the customer service or lack thereof ruined the whole experience.

I purchases some children's shoes here, and within three months the threading on the top of the shoe had fallen apart, producing a hole where the big toe was visible, and the front tread was also peeling away from the sole. Having been a Nike fan much of my life, I thought I would stop by the store to ask the manager about any warranty or policy that might cover such a poorly made shoe. Before I even could explain what had happened with the shoe, the manager was extremely defensive and told me this was normal wear and tear. I hadn't come in expecting the shoe to be replaced, but I wanted to have a conversation about what to expect from Nike, especially given that a major part of the failure of the shoe was in the threading and therefore construction of the shoe. I was very disappointed in the way he communicated this with me or the failure in communication, and he quickly referred me to corporate if I wanted to take it up with them. I do expect more from the brand, and I also expect more from the store itself. I don't plan on shopping at this store again, or in buying Nike shoes.

I have always loved Nike and shop there very frequently. Online and in store. This location’s customer service is very lacking & makes it a little unpleasant to be there. The selection isn’t as great as I would have hoped. Still left with a nice pair of shoes!

So disappointing... this store doesn't know the Nike return policy. Drove for an hour to return an online item and was planning on purchasing. Store manager stated their return policy was only 30 days... even after I showed him several places where Nike stated 60 days. Not sure why this store thinks they don't need to honor the Nike policy... trying to ruin the Nike image... so sad. Nike is amazing, this store... not so much.

Some of these reviews talk about the bad customer service but I had this really nice lady help us find the perfect tennis shoes for my son. She picked out a lot of different options and he found his perfect pair.

Their service is horrible.Always big line for check out. Only 2 people by register and other worker roaming around. No where to find them. And today Mikki who was helping us. Seemed very short temper when we asked her to check an item on line.
