Love the Dr. Bata, BUT It's impossible to ANYONE to answer the phone and get to a call back and when I do, it's after 4 to 5 days with quite a few daily messages letting them know to call me back because obviously they never pick up the phone!! Especially, when you see the office staff just sitting there chatting away among themselves. So unprofessional!
Dr Bata is compassionate, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. He helped me through an ankle injury and I am now pain free! The staff is also personable and just wonderful. They make you laugh and feel better when you are feeling stressed about being injured. I would highly recommend this facility!
I ruptured my achilles while home on leave from active military duty and Dr. Bata was able to get me in for surgery and patch me up really quickly. I’m about 11 weeks post op and my scar is almost unnoticeable. I hope I never have another surgery but Dr. Bata will be my FIRST and ONLY choice if that ever becomes the case. Thanks again Dr. Bata!! Also, all the ladies in the office were always extremely helpful and polite! Such a great team.
Dr. Bata was amazing, from surgery to the healing process him and his staff, specifically Yeira, were capable and attentive, easy to get a hold of and friendly.
They do not follow through with what they say they will do or update you on any changes in information originally given. You'll end up waiting for 3 weeks and and you'll end up calling to follow up as nothing arrived to only have them tell you that in the end the referral by mail wasn't necessary and you can call the office yourself. Putting the entire knee surgery process even further behind than necessary. It's not the first time that they have been negligent, hence the reason I am seriously peeved.
The nurses were very nice and helpful with any questions. Dr. Bata was great with listening to my concerns and how I should treat my injury.
Dr. Bata and his staff are amazing at this facility. Dr. Bata actually took the time to look at my injury of my ankle in detail which in turn saved me from surgery. Very compassionate and professional team.
As a t-8 complete paraplegic, I’ve experienced almost every facet of the medical industry, and have mostly been disappointed. This office, staff and Dr. Ahmed Bata are the pinnacle of what healthcare should be. I’m grateful I found this place, in the midst of my battle with chronic pain and spinal cord injury, they have been a beacon of light. Thanks, you guys. Your work is much appreciated. See you on the tenth
Incredible staff who helped every step of the way during my mother in law's surgery. Dr. Bata was very kind and supportive. We highly recommend this doctor. The whole staff really went above and beyond during a very challenging time. We can't thank them enough.
DR. AHMED BATA REFUSED TO SEE ME AS A PATIENT BECAUSE I WOULD NOT ALLOW HIS STAFF TO PHOTOCOPY MY DRIVER’S LICENSE. My primary care doctor and I discussed seeing Dr. Bata to get another opinion regarding my ankle. Per the attached appointment confirmation that was texted to me by Dr. Bata’s office, my appointment with Dr. Bata was 12/28/21 at 10:30 AM. I drove 1 hour and 40 minutes one-way to see Dr. Bata and despite the fact that I presented my PPO Health Insurance card, I was willing to SHOW my Driver’s License to prove who I am, and I was willing to allow the staff to make a photocopy of my work ID that has a photo of me on the ID card, Dr. Bata’s staff consulted with Dr. Bata and his staff stated that Dr. Bata will NOT see me unless I allow them to take a photocopy of my Driver’s License. Given that I work in the healthcare field my work ID clearly indicates my employer, I know that making a photocopy of my Driver’s License is NOT a requirement to be seen by a doctor. Since I did not allow a photocopy to be made of my Driver’s License, I was NOT seen by Dr. Bata. I drove another 1 hour and 40 minutes back home. The silver lining is that I made an appointment with a different doctor. I was seen by that doctor and unlike Dr. Bata, this doctor accepted my photo work ID just as all other doctors I have seen in the past. The fact that Dr. Bata refused to see me as a patient is unconscionable and it demonstrates that his main concern appears to be about money/collection and not about helping patients.
