Tried to do intake with a “Heather”. She was rude and argumentative. When I asked for clarification of what she was asking, she simply repeated the exact same sentence and then got loud and more rude and again just recited what she had already said. We’re not all attorneys and we don’t all know the law or what you need. Patience and a little understanding probably would go a long way. I have a solid wrongful termination case and plenty of law offices in the area. I don’t understand the attitude. I’m in a moment of need and am reaching out for help. Total unprofessionalism.
I recently parted ways with the firm, do to changes in my own life. Attorney Shannon Draher is the best boss, mentor and attorney I have ever known. The firm’s main goal is helping the people who need help with their employers, get the Justice they deserve. I can not think of a better place to work. After discussing my issue with them,it looks like I don't have a claim. However, I had a great experience in dealing with them as,they were punctual,professional,kind and,very informative. I learned something today and for that,I'm grateful. I recommend that if you encounter a situation where you may need representation, you should give them a call. Either way, you're gonna know where you stand and gain some knowledge for the future. In my view, in this day and age, that's PRICELESS!

Nilges Draher is possibly one of the best firms I have ever worked with. I worked with Han’s as well as his colleagues whom were just as amazing as he was. I have to say what really sets this firm apart from others is the professionalism, friendliness and response time. I have had responses to emails and messages within minutes sometimes sometimes. What could have drug for year's through the federal courts was settled within a year with complete satisfaction at least on my end .
