Belinda is hands down a magician! I leave her office an inch taller I swear. She creates such a calming environment for your body to heal. She looks at your whole being and helps your body achieve all of its potential.
Had an excellent experience with Tennessy! Went in for a full body with some focus on cranial and shoulder pain. She made sure that we had time during a full-body massage to target both areas I was having specific pain. I'm an athlete so it's really important to me that I resolve recurring muscle pains quickly. Whatever she did, it worked perfectly. Shoulder loosened up and I had no pain for the next couple weeks, and the cranial massage was very relaxing and helped with my eye strain and neck tightness. As much as I love massage, I can only find the time to go in so often, so I'll usually only book when I have targeted issues like this, and it was nice to have them resolved efficiently. Highly recommend the 90-minute massage if you can book out the time.
