Horrible customer service! I recently purchased a cute pair of black flats there - I tried one on in the store and since my feet are the same size I went to the counter to purchase them. The next day I went to wear them to work and the right one the one I did not try on fit very poorly - it was much too tight. They were extremely uncomfortable and I finally decided something must be wrong with the shoe. I went to look at it and it turns out it was a size smaller! I went to return the shoes because the sales people obviously didn't check to confirm that they were the same size when they sold it to me and because I obviously wouldn't wear shoes that were two different sizes and they wouldn't let me return it! So I am no longer shopping there - and I would advice anyone who does so to double check the sizes on both shoes before you purchase - because the sales people won't!
