Standing in line and a black male Approaches SANDRA register 5 at 10:30am Wednesday 5/31 asking where he can find an item. She starred him down watched his every move as if he was stealing. Then announced for them to roll the cameras back, then called another lady over to watch the man. Iv had a previous issue with this same lady claiming to be the manager but would not give us her name or the number for the store as she followed me and my mother around and harassed us with rude comments . This is very sad and unprofessional that a BLACK person can not walk into anywhere especially a 99! Cent store! She needs to be fired.
Well first of all, the lines are long but now they made them even longer with some weird system, where you wait at one end of the store, they want to do it like Ross and something like that, where they just got a cashier or they are going to tell you to what cashier to go to. Really?? Put some self check machines instead of these lines. Dollar tree has them, why not 99 cent store....
Nice store nice customer service need to update the pictures cuz it doesn't look like the pictures it's very nice and organized now clean also went to the restroom and it was clean not all stores have the restroom clean
This shopping center here has a Big Lots right next door Vietnamese cuisine restaurant nail salon Check Into Cash China Express Chinese food tobacco entertaining place even a Dell Taco.
RIP 99 cent store! Post COVID they are worthless... ALDI and Dollar Tree are cheaper and better quality now. Dont waste your time!
The store was clean,lots of great things. I haven't been to a 99 in a long time, I was pleasantly surprised to see how much they have. However my trip was turned to a headache from the attitude from the cashier Consuelo. Here's the story, I was waiting at the register there was an older nice lady in front of me, she had some mangoes and food in her basket which she placed on the roller, the cashier lady Consuelo tells her in a rude manner.. you should have emptied your basket, Consuelo grabs it and dumps all the items ... and I mean dumps not places them just dumps the basket and dumps it all mixing my stuff too. She could have easily asked the elderly customer to please place the items outside the basket hell I would have helped her. The elderly lady looked embarrassed, I felt so bad for her. I won't be back to this location, it's sad to see how people can be so rude to the elderly.
Customer service horrible you ask for help and they don't even know what they sell and give you an attitude
Love this place, so much stuff for a dollar. I get hair ties, pencils, sandals, gift bags and tissues with cards sketchbooks etc. Candy drinks and chips are cool too. I come here for all my random nic-knacks.
They have an excellent selection of quality products. Items from Bed Bath & Beyond and other well-known name brands. Lines were very short and check out was quick. Of course not everything is 99 cents but many items still are. It's worth a look-see. There are some great bargains to be had. It really depends on what you're looking for.
