Ninja Japanese Steak House

Visited this place with a friend for lunch during the week - we went a little later than the normal rush time around 2 pm and it was the perfect atmosphere. We didn't feel too rushed and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was amazing - we split two appetizers and a roll. We each ordered a bento box and brought some home. Plenty of food for a great price.

Friendly and efficient service for lunch. I had the sushi and hibachi lunches... Don't judge me The lunch includes a soup or salad. I got both. They were both pretty terrible. The salad was an iceberg mix with a creamy dressing that I was not a fan of. The soup was miso, probably the blandest I've tasted in awhile. The sushi was better than I expected. The rice for the nigiri was exceptional. I upcharged to change the Cali for salmon avocado. I had the steak and scallop hibachi. The steak was cooked to order and the scallops were nice. Mixed vegetables were okay. Rice was okay. Overall fairly average experience. The service was friendly and overall ambience was nothing special. They offer a military discount as well. I would return, but wouldn't go out of my way.

This was the first time I came here with my children. I wanted them to experience hibachi. WE ALL LOVED IT ! For what you pay $$$ it’s definitely worth it ! They now include gratuity so beware of that , but I don’t blame them you get sooooo much food for what you pay ! They cook in front of you this place is extremely amazing , clean and uplifting and I’ll definitely come back the next chance I get. I ordered the steak shrimp and scallops and he cooked my food perfectly while entertaining us all !! They gave a big big side of rice noodles and vegetables. My daughter got chicken nuggets and fries and my son got the kids shrimp hibachi and it was sooooo good I can’t stress that enough. PLEASE COME HERE ! I’m pregnant so I ate almost all of my food .

Enjoyed family night! Service was great. A little crowed at the front and was still greated immediately! Spacious seating and clean. The waiter wasn't overbearing but still very attentive. Food was delicious and cooked to my liking don't forget the yumyum sauce. First time going to a hibachi where they added noodles. Great addition! Long Island was on point! Will return again! Features: Big restaurant, but close seating. Bring a mask if you're not comfortable.

They have a sign in the lobby stating that they do not pay their workers fair compensation and consequently must enforce a relatively high tip onto parties of all sizes. Then, when I asked to make one change to the way my $25 meal was prepared asked for no mushrooms, they were unwilling to accommodate because it was cooked with others. The steak tasted incredibly cheap and they don't always use the advertised name brand alcoholic drink ingredients when you order a specialty beverage. I haven't been fully satisfied a single time I've been here and will avoid going again.

This place is pretty nice but I didn’t like how my food was cold and I didn’t receive any noddles with my food. My server didn’t listen I had to keep asking for something. And I would definitely enjoyed a refund or at least some hot food. Because I didn’t drive one hour for nothing. However, I asked to get my COLD FOOD warmed up and they said no. They starting bucking at my friend as well.

Went there for Valentines Day dinner. It was my first time there, but won't be my last. We did the hibachi grill dinner. I had lobster and scallops. The only complaint was the lobster was slightly over cooked. Also the cooks over do that banging of utensils show. It was quite hectic because of the holiday, but we waited less than 10 minutes to be seated.

Unless you are celebrating something this place isn't so good for just eating and enjoying company, the noise is too much for a interest in talking to a date. Food was alright but a bit pricey for what I got. There needed to be more flavor, rice was really bland to me. The hibachi cooker was really good. I would go back if I had a celebration for family rather then a date
